What is fortunica and how does it work?

Fortunica is your way to personally connect with real, live clairvoyants and psychic readers. To begin your spiritual journey and find the answers you are looking for in your life, simply choose a reader from the reader overview or send a quick chat to be read by the next available reader. You can post a public questions anonymously to share your feelings in a space with other, similar individuals or connect with a favorite reader in a private chat.

What methods are used when communicating with a spiritual advisor or reader?

There are various methods, depending on the reader you choose to communicate with, that are used to help find clarity to your questions posed to the readers - some examples of methods and how they work are:

Tarot - Tarot is a divination tool used by Psychics to reveal amazingly accurate detail in response to questions about relationships, career, home or family.  Using their Psychic skills the Reader will interpret the positions, the meanings and the energies of the cards and how these affect an individual’s situation and the people around them.

Astrology - Astrologers make future predictions and character analysis by interpreting the positions of the planets, the moon and the sun at the time, date and place of birth.  An Astrology reading is great for relationship compatibility and career information.

Angels - An Angel Reader makes connection with your Guardian Angels sometimes using Angel cards to give divine guidance on any area of your life.  Each Angel has their own area of responsibility which they use to guide us.

Auras - An Aura Reader will tune into the physical, spiritual and emotional energies which surround you as a person.  Aura Readers use their Psychic abilities to interpret the colours of Auras in relation to the issues around you at present.

Spirit guides - A Reader who can tune into Spirit Guides does so through their Clairvoyant, Clairaudient or Clairsentient abilities.  They will be given information by their Spirit Guide for you and they may also be able to tune into your Spirit Guide to give you spiritually guided information about your life.

Past lives - A Past Life Reader uses their Psychic skills and Spirit Guide connections to give details about what you have brought forward from that life that you need to deal with and learn during this lifetime.  A Past Life reading is great for learning life lessons and how to progress in the present.

Runes - The word Rune means ‘mystery’.  Runes are a classic divination tool used in a similar way to Tarot.  Psychics intuitively interpret the symbols on the Runes to give causes and effects and to see potential outcomes regarding any situation.

What are the readers allowed to answer and what not in fortunica?

As Fortunica is about providing spiritual answers for any sort of questions in your life, our readers are not able to answer anything medically related, including but not limited to such topics as pregnancy, recovery from a specific illness and other questions that must be answered by a fully-trained medical professional.

What is the timeline and how does the timeline work?

The timeline is a space to discover and experience what other users are asking readers - browse the timeline daily to get inspired in your daily life and feel the connection with other users around the world. These questions are anonymous and cannot be traced to any specific person or account.​

Why do I have to fill in personal information to use the fortunica app?

All information, such as name and your age, is asked to be provided because certain methods our readers use, such as astrology, need certain types of information in order to provide you with an answer you are satisfied with, such as date of birth.

Again, the information provided is not shared publicly in any way, via the timeline or otherwise. Any information entered is private and only availabe to the readers for a more accurate reading.

How long does it take for a reader to answer my question/Why does it take so long?

Depending on the type of question you ask, private and public, the time will vary. For private questions, the response time is generally longer because the reader or spiritual advisor may not always be online. While we can show an average estimated time for response, please remember that this is just an average and an estimation – sometimes it can be longer.

We do, however, ask that you be patient, particularly when asking a private question.

What happens if an answer takes too long or never arrives?

If you do not receive an answer, please contact our customer service as they will be more than happy to help you in the case of your question not being answered and will do everything they can to make sure that you are a satisfied customer.
